With over 25 years of apparel industry experience Herold has a demonstrated track record in the luxury apparel industry and academia. Herold has taught fashion industry courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology & Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Herold has provided a wide range of consulting services to successful brands that include Ralph Lauren, Proenza Schouler & John Varvatos. Herold has also presented his own womenswear apparel collections during New York Fashion Week. Herold earned his MBA and Emerging Markets Fellow from Cornell University in 2021
